Any damages, disturbances, or violations caused by the group are the responsibility of the person who made the booking.
No-Show and Cancellation Policy
If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, NRN Homeland reserves the right to consider the booking as a ‘no-show.’ In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and the booking may be subject to cancellation fees, depending on the property’s policy. Cancellation policies are clearly communicated at the time of booking, and any cancellation fees are based on the specific property’s rules and deadlines.
